In this edition of Just ASK, I want to spotlight some amazing people I am blessed to have business partnerships with. This is critical to my success as often times with real estate – there are many stages of the transaction. Let’s say my client needs a mortgage, an insurance policy or maybe some repairs to their home. Being the service oriented person that I am, I immediately want to help. So when I give one of my business partner’s information to my client – that is (in essence) an extension of me and the overall job that I do.
When you have a great relationship with a client, anyone you refer is an extension of you. This is why it is very critical to surround yourself with people who have the same drive, character, work ethic, and integrity as you do. I’ve said to many people, “I can deal with a mistake, what I won’t deal with is a lie.” When I know your word is good, everything becomes easy. With that said, I will introduce you to some amazing people in my circle, who I believe will bring value to your life. These are people who I have always been able to have complete faith in and I know they will take very good care of my clients and friends.
Joshua Campbell
Joshua Campbell is an amazing loan officer with many years in this business as a top professional in his industry. His passion to serve is second to none. He is a wonderful Christian man who adores and takes great care of his beautiful family. He has been married almost 5 years and has 2 awesome children. The care he shows for his clients is the same that he shows his family and friends. This is why I love working with him. You can have all the knowledge or programs and best interest rates in the world, but you can’t create that kind of passion. And that passion is why he does such an amazing job. He runs a faith based business which I also believe to be very important. A Kingdom mentality is essential to living out the things we claim to believe in, in my opinion. God, family, then work!
Society seems to have gotten this backwards and it seems that at times, we are merely working for just money and things. If we are not careful, work can begin to come first over our families as we can be sometimes, afraid to lose a client, or lose out on a sale. Well I trust in the bigger path of respecting Kingdom order. You only get one chance to raise your children and care for your spouse. Build dreams together, not separate. There will always be a new mountain or another goal. But there will only be one of all these precious people, who make our lives so blessed.
Josh has wonderful programs. He has amazing knowledge of the industry and he explores what loans will be best for you and your financial scenario. Along with great rates and the care it takes to make sure all is accomplished as promised, Josh is definitely the guy to work with. And his support staff is just as phenomenal! He also takes a very educational approach with his clients understanding what an emotional thing it is to buy or sell real estate. He always shares new programs, techniques, etc.

Tim Politz
Another business partner that is critical to my success is my contractor/handyman, Tim Politz. Tim is also another family man who is married with children. He can do simple projects from installing handicap bars / minor repairs etc., to building a patio, new floors or adding a bathroom. He can remodel a room or over-see a 6 to 12 month build job for clients as a general contractor. He is also a great ‘second set of eyes’ to help keep any builder on track! Tim believes in honoring his word and backing his work. This is one of the most important aspects in any business. Tim is local and always accessible to me when I call. This means a lot and always helps me to be effective and be my best. I don’t have to think twice about any job I hand over for Tim to complete, nor do I ever have to worry.

Kelsey Smith
Credit repair can also be critical to any realtor as all clients are not readily qualified. In reality, if a client is connecting with you, they more than likely want to buy. Part of my job is to connect them with a reputable company that can help them get on track. Particularly with credit repair, there are many fly-by-night companies who don’t really do what they say or just temporarily get things deleted from your credit report. This does nothing to help you, nor your client. You need a professional company, preferably connected with an attorney who really understands all the red tape and legalities in order to effectively and permanently repair the issues with your credit report. Kelsey Smith with Stonegate Advisors is who I entrust with my clients. Kelsey is a young entrepreneur who is motivated and passionate about making a difference in this the world of credit restoration.
